My name is C. Noel and am proud to offer my recommendation of Whole Scope Learning and our working relationship with Patrick who was a tutor for my daughter, Riverly, during our summer month in New York. 

River needed to work with someone who could prepare her for 10th grade algebra and we were referred to Noah Garson by a family friend. Noah quickly recommended Patrick who was extremely polite, punctual and friendly to work with. He was always in a good mood and flexible with meeting at different public locations throughout the city to make it convenient for us. Also, River felt comfortable while they were working together as Patrick kept her focused yet entertained with his knowledge of historical movies and the landscape of NYC which will be of value to her other classes. As well, he offered fun things to go to throughout the city since he has lived there his whole life.

I recommend Whole Scope Learning for tutoring and will continue this working relationship next summer. They are very accommodating.
